Directors of Paid Media Services are responsible for the top-level relationship between a client and Covario. At the highest level, a Paid Media Director owns a client relationship and must work to strengthen the relationship and develop new business opportunities within the account. The Paid Media Director will be responsible for developing the search marketing strategy that successfully aligns with the clients’ communication planning goals. The Director will report directly to the Group Director, Paid Media or the VP of Paid Media Services.

 

Responsibilities:

Directors are responsible for managing out clients' overall search budget and ensuring that it is being spent effectively

Ongoing review of client goals, strategy and metrics of success
Ensures that all accounts are being serviced at the agreed upon levels of service
Leads strategy development and builds out tactical plans to support strategies
Negotiates and resolves client, agency, and vendor conflicts
Identifies new business opportunities within client base

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of paid search / online marketing experience
    Experience managing a team
    Client facing experience required
    Proficient with Excel, Word, Power Point
    Google certified a plus
    Knowledge of Kenshoo or SearchCenter bid platforms a plus
    Proven track record of success
    Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing large datasets to gain insights and drive business decisions
    Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    Independent, self reliant, with high standards for quality
    Team player - Ability to work with multiple cross-functional external and internal groups
